Just wanted to say thanks for the link and report and give a short intro. I am in the Denver, CO metro area and have thought about jumping into decorating as a business for a couple of years now. I’ve always been a big decorator both inside and out. Since I started doing animation (LOR) three years ago my display has grown substanially to also include my neighbors house. This year I am shooting for both neighbors. I am mostly looking for insight and some things that I might not have thought of.

That’s a pretty big LOR setup.

One of the trees we do uses all 16 channels on one Animated Lighting LC16 box, but that’s as big as we normally get without outside help.

I find in the heat of the season, that level of detail is hard to manage, we like to get those contracts out of the way as early as we can to avoid problems.

I ran into this idea on a roofing website and started doing more and more research.. seems very profitable if done right and it simply interests me so I signed up to this site.. thanks!.. I still can’t download any of the files I don’t know why… but I’m sure I’ll figure it out. I’m trying to learn everything I can by Monday so I can start marketing next week since I have no time to waste. Thanks for the site guys. and if I do make some good money..
